Can several units be handled on short notice?
It depends on the provider. Mention unit counts and turnover dates when requesting a quote.
Should ozone be used in my units?
Ask before work starts. Ozone can damage rubber and some finishes and doesn't remove residue, and synthetic fragrance only masks odor.
